I identify with you and love your videos. My mother is a covert narc and I'm the middle child- scapegoat. The grieving and depression have been all I've ever known. I'm working through it and recognize my trauma, and can pull away from it, unlike my sisters, which I am grateful for.
One question. You speak as though you believe that *everyone* is traumatized in their childhood. Do you really believe that?
