Daniel, I came to your blog after having seen your "Why I stopped being a therapist" video. I am a senior executive coach with many years of experience. I practice in Japan, and across culture. I, too, am leaving 'the field', and owing to a system that no longer permits me to hold my client's interest first. Your transition from your former field inspires me. Well done!
