I'm pursuing an education to be a counselor. I've been volunteering as a Listener on 7Cups for 9 months and I have a great mentor who has a background in psychology. Today we had a mentee-mentor chat because I kept having difficulty not crying when listening to a member. He gave me a link to your YouTube video, and I learned a lot from it. I just wanna say thanks a lot for what you do. I've been watching your YouTube video a lot and plan to learn some more from you.
