Hello sir! I wrote back to you about feeling suicidal a while ago and you recommended some of your videos. I just watched them. I was feeling really overwhelmed today and felt like I can't take it anymore but your video Helping Suicidal People in Psychotherapy helped me feel better. I got a tiny, tiny spark of hope and motivation. Tiny but significant. Tiny and rare. And for that, I am extremely thankful. I hope to become a therapist like you someday.
