Thank you. I experienced neglect, sexual, physical and emotional abuse. After decades of self harm and avoiding my emotions I hit bottom and joined Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional families. This led me to breaking with my parents. Ive just completed your book of the same name. It was a revelation to know others knew what I had observed. I cried when you spoke of suicide. My parents would have loved that. I am the outcast, crazy person according to my family. Im proud of the work Ive done to escape.
Do you know of retreats in the US that might help me further my journey? Thanks again
